CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests received by 17:00 (ET) on Friday 12 February 2027 will qualify for a refund of exhibit fees paid, less an administrative fee equal to 20% of the total exhibit fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Exhibitor agrees to abide by the full Exhibit Terms and Conditions.

The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations determined by Exhibit Management, the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and the Exhibit Services Contractor as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Exhibit booths are assigned at the discretion of the Exhibit Management. The Exhibitor shall not assign nor sublet any part of its exhibit space without the written consent of Exhibit Management.

Industry representatives may attend Public Health 2027 sessions. Your attendance and participation must not be used for commercial promotion, solicitation or other activities that could influence the accredited educational program. Interactions between industry representatives and conference participants must be voluntary. Direct solicitation of conference participants is not permitted.
